Kyle and Andrea Boswell are the owners of Southern Spaces, a Nashville real estate development company. What started as a side gig flipping houses from a Nashville native, has evolved into a boutique home building company delivering around a dozen quality homes a year in the urban core. With Kyle as the general contractor and Andrea as the designer and agent, Southern Spaces is incredibly purposeful about every decision of the build from start to finish.

Kyle and Andrea are blessed with two kids Sophie (5) and Caden (3) along with two wild dogs Tucker and Millie.
