Southern Spaces is a Nashville-based boutique homebuilding company founded by husband-and-wife team Kyle and Andrea Boswell.
What began as a side project flipping homes has grown into a design-forward development firm crafting around a dozen custom-quality residences each year throughout Nashville’s urban core. With Kyle overseeing construction as general contractor and Andrea leading design and sales, every home is guided by their shared commitment to thoughtful detail, timeless design, and enduring quality.
At Southern Spaces, every decision is intentional—from the first sketch to the final finish. The result: homes that feel as good as they look—delivered on time, on budget, and built with integrity, without investor funding.
Rooted in Nashville, the Boswells take pride in creating spaces that reflect the charm, craftsmanship, and character of their city. Outside of work, they enjoy life at home with their three children—Sophie, Caden, and Ellie—and their two spirited dogs, Tucker and Millie.
